February 16th

Every year I go to Miami to do one of my favortite things for four days, Talk about boats and Mercury Marine. Here I get to see close friends that I have not seen since last year. We catch up and have more fun than should be legal. I was over whelmed by the comments that I had lost so much weight, it made me feel great.

I did not have to cheat much being away from home. I packed all my meals for my 5 an 1 in a small bag and made sure I had enough to last through the weekend with a few extras as someone is always trying to taste the program to see if it is for them.

I was in luck, dinner every night was at the sushi bar right down stairs in my hotel on Biscayne bay. I had the Seaweed salad, Tuna Sashimi and the house salad. that was perfect and stauying on the program. Durring the day I had my shaker and bottled waters on the fly.. It was great. While I was gone I lost 3 more pounds, making me 235. Almost 40 lbs. I have set my new target weight to be 220.

I met some very nice people while there that I thing could be great coaches. I was able to help some folks ge healthy too by showing them the program.

Tonight Gennifer and I had Stone Crabs. here at the house..ofgiven to us by Manny, one of our clients that has his whole family on the program. He says he has lots of energy and has lost lots of wieght.. yummmmm....

I love to help folks. Allyssa and Chris from Alabama are doing well to. Chris is a C 130 pilot for hte Air Guard, he has lost enough weight to get back into flying jets. Good for him.

 

Fourth week Jan 28

I ran...... yep I actually ran around the block, fast too, well not really fast but fast for me. I weighed myself again this week for my one month check in. I now weigh 241.6 lbs on the 30th morning of my new diet. I still feel fabulous. the 30 day photo in this web site is from this am. I feel great and cannot imagine not eating right and staying with diet foods.. I am loving this....I am getting all my blood work done on the 2nd of February.

I put my C-PAP machine in its case and up in storage.. Anyone need one? I don't anymore..... I am sleeping fine now..

I am looking at the photos above.. can't beleive that is just 30 lbs.

Third week

Program is like clock work. people are noticing everywhere I go that I am dropping weight like a cheap suit. They say I look younger. I know that I feel younger. When I was a kid I used to ride Roller blades. I have not been on them in 8 years.. Well guess what.. I strapped those puppies on and went for a ride. Went almost one mile. Did not need to stop, but I felt I had better as my legs were not used to it.

One of the things I love about the diet is that my wife and I can still go out to eat. We eat our lean and green meal for lunch sometimes. I really enjoy the cob salad at the Hogfish restaurant that has shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and some other stuff.. love it. Also we go to steak house once a week and eat a nice piece of Filet along with Tuna Tataki. YUM> as you can see I am not suffering.

My wife says I have stopped snoring. completely.

I have not needed my C-PAP machine at all and feel well rested.

Blood Pressure has dropped to 120/ 77

Tried on a old pair of shorts today.. they fit.....

Fished a hard core fishing tournament this weekend. had plenty of energy.. felt great and I was totally into it. I enjoy going to work for a change.

Second week

I feel incredible. I cant tell you how much energy I have and losing more weight every day. On occasion I will stay at the same weight for two days if I eat some steak but later I am losing again. I feel wonderful. my mind is focused and sharp. I am working on the boat many days of the week and I have added one meal to the program to suffice the needs my body has for being so active. I am still losing weight even with the extra meal.

I have stopped taking naps in the mid day when I am not on the water.

First week

My goodness.. I have lost a bunch of weight. mostly all the crap I was eating is getting gone. I am not having any issues except for a few really minor headaches.. I attribute them to lack of caffeine. they go away quickly in 10 or 15 minutes with no help.

Dec 26th

Start date.. I started the day after Christmas for obvious reasons. I weigh 274lbs. I am not much of a drinker so New Years did not mean anything to me. Besides, what better way to keep a new years resolution than to already be started on it.

I set my Iphones countdown timer to alarm me to eat every 3 hours, that was interesting. I thought I would be missing food but eating every three hours was plenty. Plus the food was really good and filled me up.

Blood pressure resting was 129/89 Yikes....

December 09

I am the heaviest I have ever been. Just got back from vacation in October ate what I wanted and had little energy to go through the mountains of NC.

I have Sleep Apnea caused by snorkeling so bad I choked on myself as I stop breathing. Have tried everything. C-PAP machine seems to help but I find it hard to sleep the night through with it.

Thanksgiving was a stiff feast of food and junk. Love the part where I am eating but hate how I feel later. Almost as if I am suffering from gluttony.

Tim came to fish with me in December he looked like a new person. Lost a ton of weight. I had to find out what it was he was doing to make himself so thin.

Studied Tim's weight loss program on the internet thoroughly. Saw that this program has helped many people reach their weight loss goals.

Found out that the diet was a perfectly balanced healthy nutritional way to lose weight. Perfect in minerals, vitamins and indigents to ensure all the proper bodily functions and offer the body what it needs to get healthy.

Ordered my food to give it a try and see what this diet could do for me.

gorged myself on pizza, junk, and garbage food till my diet food arrived.
